Position Overview The DOT / Warehouse / Material Handler is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through the safe handling, movement, storage, and delivery of materials and products. This role ensures accurate receiving, stocking, order pulling, shipping, and transportation of goods while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations, company safety standards, and warehouse procedures. Position reports to the Branch Manager. Responsibilities Pick vending orders and replenish inventory for 12 on-site vending machines three days per week, ensuring product availability and operational efficiency. Performed maintenance and minor repairs on vending machines to minimize downtime and maintain service levels. Delivered customer purchase orders accurately and on schedule while providing excellent customer service. Responded to urgent customer needs by completing emergency deliveries and special trips throughout the day as required. Assisted with picking, staging, and delivering additional customer orders to support warehouse and delivery operations. Served as a backup driver, providing transportation and delivery support when needed. Operate a stand-up rider forklift within the warehouse and transport equipment for use in customer facilities during deliveries. Support receiving, shipping, and general warehouse operations as needed to ensure smooth daily workflow. Followed all workplace safety procedures, warehouse protocols, DOT regulations, and Petter safety requirements. Worked in a fast-paced environment requiring extended periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and physical activity. (capability to lift 35-60 lbs.)
