Duties Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely throughout the warehouse Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and order picker tools to ensure accurate order fulfillment Manage inventory through stock replenishment, stocking, and cycle counts within the warehouse management system Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to maintain high standards of accuracy and safety Assist with shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation and preparing items for dispatch Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas and ensuring efficient space utilization Perform mechanical tasks related to heavy lifting, load & unload operations, and basic equipment maintenance as needed Requirements Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse management systems Valid certification or experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, heavy equipment, and RF scanners Strong knowledge of materials handling techniques including order picking & packing, loading & unloading procedures Prior experience in shipping & receiving, inventory management, or warehouse supervision is highly desirable Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of warehouse equipment maintenance and safety protocols Excellent attention to detail for quality control and order accuracy Join us in delivering excellence through efficient warehouse operations!
