Warehouse Associate - Mattress Production Line

Summary/Objective:

We at SleepOnLatex are looking for hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team. We specialize in selling natural bedding products through our online store and Amazon fulfillment centers.

Job Duties:

Unload raw material from container (delivery vehicle), label, and store appropriately Transfer latex foam toppers and mattresses to industrial equipment Properly label, box, and palletize packaged products Pull appropriate products from stock for shipment Operate large industrial equipment Promote and maintain a clean and safe working environment Other duties and tasks as assigned by a supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to be on your feet and active for a full 8-hour shift Ability to lift at least 100 pounds repetitively throughout shift Ability to work well within a small team Honesty, integrity, and reliability Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications ( Preferred, but not required ): Previous experience in a Warehouse environment desired Previous experience using a pallet jack Previous experience using a forklift Working knowledge of the FIFO and standard labeling procedure

Highschool Diploma or GED Physical Requirements:

This is a labor-intensive position. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds repetitively throughout 8-hour shift Ability to bend, twist, squat, and remain on feet throughout 8-hour shift Ability to read and understand labels for proper placement and retrieval of products Expected Hours for position: This is a full-time, 40 hours per week opportunity. This employee will be required to work Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm.

Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay is $21.00/hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 6 paid Holidays per year, and a 401k retirement savings option. •All benefits available after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.
