Warehouse Associate Adecco Staffing is currently assisting a local client in hiring a Warehouse Associate in Normal, IL. We are looking for an ideal candidate with packaging and/or warehouse experience, heavy lifting experience, and knowledge of safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities

• Move materials into packaging
• Protect its quality by following packing and safety guidelines
• Perform repack operations
• Utilize lift assist equipment to package materials into crates
• Utilize proper lifting techniques
• Utilize training checklists for all repack procedures
• Always Utilize PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Apply 5S practices Preferred Background
• Packaging or warehouse experience
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per day
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to do repetitive tasks
• Ability to perform duties in hot and cold weather
• Ability to follow safety protocols and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Knowledge of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Knowledge of 5S
• Knowledge of proper lifting techniques
• Basic computer skills Work Schedule
• Flexible schedule
• Overtime as needed
• Occasional weekends Education Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required

Pay Details:
