Warehouse / Receiving Operator

Job Overview 3Q, Inc. a Fastener Distribution Company is seeking for a new and / or experienced full-time individual to perform warehouse / receiving responsibilities. Warehouse receiving, fork lift, truck unloading, and other warehouse duties. Fork Truck experience is required. Position Schedule Monday

• Friday ~No Weekends 7:30am
• 4pm Company-Wide Expectations Quality

• Foster harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships with both the internal and external customers to work with Quality, Integrity, and Respect Essential Functions Receiving incoming product using electric forklift Inspecting received product for accuracy and damage Restacking cartons on pallets Managing warehouse space usage Perform daily cleaning assignment(s) and machine maintenance (If applicable) Maintaining a smooth work flow from incoming to outgoing Assist in resolving any issues regarding inventory Carry out all company policies and procedures Inform management of any warehouse problems or incidents Support to 3Q, Inc.

as assigned by Management Education/Training Required High school diploma (or equivalent) or previous warehouse experience Training as required by management and HR Experience Required Demonstrate a high standard of customer service Analytic/problem solving skills Demonstrate vision, creativity, and qualities required to develop a comprehensive and profitable organization Compensation
