Job Description

Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring Press Trainees for a printing and manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals interested in learning press operations and growing within a manufacturing environment.

00 hourly Higher pay available with previous press or printing experience Job Responsibilities Learn to set up and operate printing presses according to job specifications Use correct paper, dies, and colors during production runs Troubleshoot equipment and production issues as they arise Perform quality inspections during setup and throughout production Correct quality issues before continuing production runs Maintain production efficiency and safety standards Work closely with Inspectors and production team members Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Physical Requirements Stand and walk for entire 10-hour shift Twist, bend, stoop, and reach throughout shift Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs occasionally throughout shift Qualifications Must be mechanically inclined Must have strong ruler and measurement skills to at least 1/16" Previous press or printing experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Shift InformationDay Shift Monday
  • Thursday 6:00am
  • 4:30pm 30-minute unpaid lunch Possible overtime on Fridays Night Shift Sunday Night
  • Thursday Morning 7:30pm
  • 6:00am (Shift may change to 4:30pm
