Now, due to rapid growth and expansion, they're opening a brand-new facility just outside the St. Louis area — in Pontoon Beach, IL — and they're looking for warehouse associates to join their dynamic team! The warehouse associate is responsible for general warehouse operations support, such as order picking, palletizing, order consolidation, inventory counts, and warehouse assistance.

Warehouse Associate Job Summary:

1 st and 2 nd shift Monday

• Friday Overtime may be required if needed 1 st shift hours
• 6am-2:30pm 2 nd shift hours
• 2:30pm-11pm Mid-shift 10am-6pm Pays $18.

00 to start $.75 shift premium for 2 nd shift

Warehouse Associate Duties:

Daily order picking and fulfillment from customer orders provided by the warehouse lead and supervisor Scan products, palletize orders according to instructions, and prepare for wrapping and shipping Execute inventory cycle counts Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies Order packing, consolidation, and order verifications Provide general warehouse support as needed, such as organizing products, and maintaining clean and safe work areas

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a warehouse preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment Experience and competence with computers and RF scanners Ability to use a pallet jack While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds on their own, use hands to grasp or handle objects, reach with hands and arms, stoop, talk, and hear.
