Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems and logistics within a fast-paced distribution setting. Duties Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners and manual processes to ensure timely delivery. Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Stock shelves and organize inventory efficiently within the warehouse to optimize space utilization. Maintain a safe and orderly warehouse. Process shipping and receiving documentation with precision, ensuring all items are accounted for in the warehouse management system. Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Utilize basic math skills for order calculations, measurements, and inventory adjustments. Support packaging tasks for outgoing orders to ensure products are protected during transit. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is advantageous. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment processes. Ability to operate RF scanners and order pickers efficiently. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Basic math skills for inventory counting and order calculations.
