This position is a mix of warehouse support, local deliveries, and jobsite assistance including basic flooring tear-out (demo) . If you're reliable, energetic, and like staying busy, this is a great opportunity. What You'll Do Warehouse / Store Support Load/unload flooring materials (carpet, pad, LVP, laminate, hardwood, tile, tools, supplies) Pull and stage orders for deliveries and installation crews Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe Help receive product and maintain inventory organization Dispose of trash/packaging and assist with general store support as needed Delivery Driver (Local) Make local deliveries to customers, builders, and job sites (company truck/van) Load, secure, and protect materials to prevent damage Communicate with store team on delivery schedules and jobsite access Help carry product into homes/businesses when needed Jobsite / Demo Help Assist with flooring tear-out Haul debris to trailer/dumpster and keep job sites clean What We're Looking For Shows up on time, works hard, and takes direction well Comfortable lifting/moving heavy materials (ability to lift 50-80 lbs regularly) Basic tool knowledge is a plus (utility knife, pry bar, hand tools) Good attitude and professional around customers and coworkers Can work independently and as part of a team Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record Schedule Typically Monday-Friday Some Weekend/night overtime opportunities during busy periods Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities during peak season Employee discount on flooring Apply today and tell us briefly about your work experience, availability, and whether you've done delivery, warehouse, or construction/demo work before.
