In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products. Your hands-on work will help ensure smooth operations on the factory floor, contributing to efficient production lines and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop mechanical skills and gain factory experience in a fast-paced environment. All roles are paid positions, offering valuable work experience and growth opportunities. Duties Assist with the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to support assembly line tasks Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and warehouse equipment while adhering to safety protocols Perform routine inspections of machinery and tools to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Support assembly processes by sorting, organizing parts, and assembling components according to specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing facility to promote safety and efficiency Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards during production tasks Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with warehouse operations, hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge is a plus Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is advantageous; certification is a bonus Basic understanding of assembly line processes and manufacturing procedures Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork Join us today to become part of a thriving manufacturing environment where your contributions directly impact our success! Pay:
