Job Description
PROMAN Staffing is thrilled to support our National Manufacturing client to source and hire a Warehouse Associate I to join their Romeoville, IL team. What You'll Be Doing Verify, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing materials against purchase orders and shipping documents. Record shortages, damages, and maintain lot traceability documentation Operate a forklift to move materials to storage or work areas Enter inventory transactions and track inventory using barcode scanners Maintain FIFO inventory control and accuracy Pick, assemble, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Verify counts, weights, and packaging; handle bulky material prep Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate carrier pickups Load trailers and maintain shipping records Work overtime as needed and perform additional assigned duties Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of related warehouse or logistics experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP systems (e.g., D365) a plus Strong communication, reading, and basic math skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
