This is a critical, hands-on role with significant growth potential, and it's a great opportunity for someone who is committed to safety and providing excellent customer service. Company Introduction Elite Rubber is a U.S.-based tire distribution company that provides high-performance, cost-effective tire solutions across North America. We specialize in new and retreaded semi-truck tires, Light Truck tires, and ST tires. Our focus is on reliable logistics and a customer-first approach, helping dealers, fleets, and industrial operators get the products they need to keep moving. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company vehicle for the pickup and delivery of new and retreaded commercial tires to customers and other locations. Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle, which will involve heavy lifting. Maintain positive customer relationships and provide exceptional service during every delivery. Complete all necessary delivery documentation, including invoices and forms. Keep the vehicle clean, perform daily vehicle checks, and report any maintenance needs. Requirements The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe driving and meet the following qualifications:

Licensing:

A valid U.S. driver's license is required.

Experience:

Previous delivery experience using box truck is a plus.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to regularly lift and/or move 50 to 100 pounds or more. The role requires the ability to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

General:
