Full Job Description Description:
Join our manufacturing team in a hands-on role that directly supports production and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
? Keep production machines supplied with raw materials ? Prepare and blend materials for manufacturing ? Operate dryers, grinders, and other production support equipment ? Help reduce waste and support recycling efforts
Requirements:
Required Skill/Knowledge Good verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work in fast paced environment and multi-task. Teamwork, dependable, organized, able to adapt to frequent change, basic math skills, basic computer skills. Education Level /
Required Certification:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Additional Information:
May be required to work overtime, may be required to walk, stand or sit for extended periods of time. May be required to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, climb ladders. May carry items upstairs, may work in tight spaces. Will be exposed to odor of plastic and elevated noise levels, may lift up to 55 pounds. Must be able to wear required PPE. Will operate pallet jacks and may operate various types of industrial mobile equipment. Exposure to liquid colorants, alcohol, cleaning and slip agents. Other duties as assigned.
