Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution processes, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient shipping and receiving. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently Assist with order fulfillment by selecting products from shelves using pick lists Prepare items for shipment by packaging products securely according to company standards and shipping requirements Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against packing lists, and organize stock in designated areas Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order picking & packing processes Capable of standing, walking, lifting heavy loads regularly, and working in a fast-paced environment Being comfortable using mitre and table saws for creating shipping pallets Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join us as a Warehouse Associate and help us keep our operations running smoothly!
