Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our production team on 2nd shift. This position is responsible for supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations by assisting with production, packaging, material handling, assembly, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a manufacturing environment and grow their career. Essential Responsibilities Assist with production and manufacturing operations. Package, label, and inspect products for quality. Load and unload materials as needed. Move materials throughout the facility. Assemble products and components according to work instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Assist machine operators and production personnel as needed. Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
