Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting overall warehouse functions to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory safely and efficiently Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment Stock shelves, organize products, and maintain inventory levels in compliance with warehouse distribution standards Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments with precision Utilize basic math skills to count, label, and package items accurately for shipment or storage Support warehouse management system (WMS) operations including data entry and inventory tracking (e.g., AS400 or MRP systems) Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse layout, improve workflow, and uphold safety protocols in a fast-paced environment Requirements Prior warehouse experience preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload equipment Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory control software such as AS400 or MRP systems Ability to perform order picking & packing efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume setting Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking, shipping & receiving tasks Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items safely as required in warehouse operations Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your energy drives success!
