CORE HOURS
Bethany Road Plant
  • Assembly, First Shift:
    Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am
  • 5:30 pm As a make-to-order business, you may be required to work outside of this core schedule, including Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
STARTING PAY
$20.00 per hour
UNIVERSAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

GENERAL SUMMARY
This role supports warehouse and production operations by ensuring the timely and accurate movement of materials and finished goods. The position maintains organized storage areas, assists with shipping and receiving, and operates equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. It also completes documentation, follows allergen and product release protocols, and contributes to inventory maintenance and cleanliness, helping ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Move raw materials to production lines to assure continuous production, following FIFO and lot code usage Move product from production lines to warehouse storage Maintain the finished product area and organize the warehouse for maximum efficiency Assist with loading/unloading in shipping/receiving Assurance equipment (e.g., forklift, slipsheet) is in working order Complete HACCP paperwork as required Follow allergen guidelines to avoid cross-contamination in the warehouse Follow product release program guidelines Assist with inventory maintenance of raw materials Basic understanding and user comfort with technologies, such as tablets, are required in this role.
PERIODIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Freezer and warehouse clean-up and organization Forklift clean-up Assist on production lines as needed
Requirements:
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED, plus 6-12 months 'experience desirable
KNOWLEDGE
Can operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with little supervision Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Experience working with an ERP or electronic inventory system Experience using tablet technology in the warehouse environment Fluency in English preferred
