Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team and play a vital role in keeping our distribution center running smoothly. As a key member of our operations, you will manage inventory and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is paramount. You will gain hands-on experience with modern logistics systems and e-commerce workflows within a supportive management culture that truly values your hard work, energy, and ideas for operational improvement. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and organize stock safely and efficiently Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management system (WMS) software to fulfill customer orders accurately Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods during shipping & receiving processes Stock shelves and storage areas, maintaining organized inventory for easy access and inventory control Utilize order picker equipment to retrieve items swiftly for order fulfillment in a fast-paced setting Support shipping department by preparing packages with appropriate materials and labeling for delivery Maintain accurate records using systems such as AS400 or MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to track inventory levels and movements Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred Valid certification for forklift operation, reach truck, or pallet jack is highly desirable Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or AS400 is a plus Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail for order picking, packing, and inventory management Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and safety protocols in a warehouse setting Join us today and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in supply chain!
