Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate with some delivery responsibilities! In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our distribution operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, safe handling of materials, and timely delivery of goods. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth warehouse distribution processes while supporting order fulfillment and shipping & receiving activities. Responsibilities Safely load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure proper handling of heavy materials. Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, data entry into a cloud-based work software, and regular cycle counts. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for deliveries and walk in customers. Assist with shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments and maintaining detailed records. Support inventory management tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing materials handling areas, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. Collaborate with sales reps and customer support associates to optimize workflow, improve warehouse processes, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Complete the occasional local delivery. Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations including inventory management, order picking & packing, and shipping & receiving. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely and effectively. Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment and basic maintenance procedures. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stock control and order fulfillment accuracy. The right candidate will be a motivated self-starter capable of prioritizing duties throughout the day without constant supervision. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record (special attention will be given to candidates with additional licensing ie: CDL or Hazmat certifications).
