Ideal candidates will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders for shipment. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. Duties Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Ensure the correct items are selected by cross-referencing order sheets with physical inventory. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained. Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to management promptly. Experience Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, and rounding is required. Strong English reading and speaking skills is required. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required. Ability to use both right and left hands equally (ambidextrous) is a preferred but not required. Familiarity with order picking equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
