The Lowdown You'll Need High school diploma or GED; forklift or logistics certs are a plus 1-2 years in a warehouse or production setting preferred Comfort using RF scanners or inventory systems (we'll train if needed) Able to run pallet jacks, forklifts, and equipment safely You'll load, unload, sort, scan, and keep inventory flowing Stay sharp
