Dival Safety Equipment - 3.4 Evansville, IN Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Disability insurance Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Computer operation High school diploma or GED Computer skills Full Job Description General Warehouse Associate- Evansville, NY DiVal Safety Equipment, a leader in the industrial safety, Fire, and EMS distribution business, is looking for a full time General Warehouse Associate with a "whatever it takes" attitude. The main responsibilities of this position are to pick/pack orders and deliver to our customers in an accurate and efficient manner with safety being a priority.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Be Safe, Be Accountable, Be Credible, Be Positive, Be Smart and Be Committed. Always focus on safety - safety training and direction must be always adhered to. Various Warehouse activity, including but not limited to - picking, packing, shipping orders, receiving inventory, and putting stock away. Prepare and submit all necessary daily paperwork in a timely manner as required. Complete cleaning and maintenance duties as directed. Report any existing or potential safety concerns to management. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisors in alignment with other members of the management team. Perform additional duties that may arise and assigned by management.
Skills and Requirements:
Ability to pass a
NON-D.O.T.
physical with drug screen. Potential for DOT certification in the future. Strong organizational and time management skills. Detail oriented and self-motivated. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis. Experienced with warehouse equipment including forklifts, electric pallet trucks, elevated work platforms, and manual pallet jacks. (Preferred) Experience with handheld equipment, like RF scanners, palm devices, and/or tablets. (Preferred) Basic computer skills a must, AS400 experience a plus. High school diploma / GED equivalent.
