Job:
Under limited supervision, receives our drivers and material handlers, check them in, assign loading door for our internal-external loads, receive information from our material handlers

Verifying information for inbound and outbound truck drivers/ boxcar / bulk truck Communicating with drivers to situate them on a door for them to be loaded. Give clear expectations of the loading times, Getting paperwork prepared for Material Handlers. i. Carrier registration, picking sheet, loading report layout, stock overview, trailer inspection form, load security and seal acknowledgement. Update SAP System to receive or ship finished products in order to maintain accurate inventory. Includes verifying condition and accuracy of shipments, updating paperwork, entering data, delivering reports to QA, Production or warehouse, customer service, logistics and notifying appropriate person(s) of transactions. i. Processing inbound and outbound orders on SAP system, creating BOL and Invoices, double checking amounts and products. Receiving and processing materials related to Warehouse (pallets, dunnage, products) Send and receive emails to keep communication between multiple departments. Scanning documents related to our internal operations and posting them on our shared resource public folder. Must work and be available for all end of month inventories. Be aware of any discrepancies or problems that can occur during the daily operation and notify the management staff, while at the same time assisting the supervisors and managers to resolve the problems. Conduct inventory of finished goods, packing materials, rail box cars, parked trailers and warehouse equipment when needed. Help employees locate product; issue product and receive product from sister plants and record transactions in SAP System in order to control movement of inventory and maintain accuracy. Helps to maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety of warehouse in order to provide an efficient and enjoyable work environment. Helps to investigate and resolves shipping errors from customers. Understands the appropriate requirements in the use of code dates and product rotation, by code dates.
FIFO METHOD
(First in First out) Ensure that all procedures are followed to maintain product safety for all customers. Keep control of documentation of all paperwork generated such as bill of ladings, invoices, including receipts, loading worksheets, shipments reports and others that may affect the transactions made at the warehouse. Follow all inventory guidelines and procedures to include Sarbanes Oxley procedures. Interdepartmental communication to ensure proper loading. Perform any other related duties as assigned. Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, MRP software, or similar platforms. Strong basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to shipping & packing. Knowledge of e-commerce warehouse processes including picking & packing for online orders. Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in stock levels and order processing.
