This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including picking and packing orders, loading and unloading materials, and performing a variety of general warehouse duties as assigned. This position requires recent experience in a physically demanding warehouse or production environment. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload trucks and incoming/outgoing shipments Move, organize, and stage materials within the warehouse Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervision Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Requirements Minimum of 6 months of recent warehouse or production experience required Recent experience in a physically demanding role is required Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Physical Requirements Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and standing Continuous movement throughout the shift in a warehouse environment
