We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Fulfillment and Warehouse Specialist.Job Description:
As an E-Commerce Fulfillment and Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling online orders, building boxes for customer shipments, assembling bulk order pallets for outbound shipping, and maintaining the organization of our frozen warehouse environment. Your role is vital in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition.Primary Responsibilities:
- Building and packing individual customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and assembling boxes, ensuring proper packing and labeling
- Building bulk order pallets for outbound shipments, ensuring stability and organization
- Operating warehouse equipment including forklift and pallet jack to move large or heavy items safely and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the frozen warehouse environment
- Monitoring inventory levels and communicating supply needs
- Following safety procedures and ensuring compliance with food storage regulations
- Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed to support team operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics preferred
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and pallets (sometimes up to 50 lbs)
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate a forklift safely (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Proficiency in operating a pallet jack
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a cold environment (frozen warehouse conditions)
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory tracking
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Familiarity with food safety regulations a plus
