Job Description:

We're seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our fencing crews. You'll work as part of a team on a variety of outdoor projects, including installing chain link, vinyl, and wood fences•in commercial and residential environments. No two days are the same, and there's opportunity to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation of fencing Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Prepare job sites by cleaning and clearing debris Mix and pour concrete Use hand and power tools safely Follow instructions from crew leaders and foremen Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be dependable and punctual Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Previous construction or concrete experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn
