This role is critical to making that happen—you're the one keeping materials moving, supporting the sewing team, and making sure production doesn't slow down. What you'll do Keep the sewing line moving by feeding materials to operators Stuff and prepare products so they're ready for the next step Collect finished materials and get them ready for fulfillment Stay organized—keep materials clean, sorted, and easy to access Move materials throughout the department safely and efficiently Step in to support other areas when needed What makes someone successful here You like to stay moving and stay busy throughout your shift You take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly You're dependable—your team is counting on you You're comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work You work well with others and support the team Experience Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is helpful—but not required If you've done physical, fast-paced work before, you'll likely do well here What to expect On your feet and moving most of the day Repetitive, process-driven work Lifting and moving materials (up to ~50 lbs at times) A fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts the team Why Foamcraft Stability
