Warehouse Associate Job Description Join a reputable tier 2 supplier specializing in rubber seals, o-rings, and gaskets. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing products throughout the distribution process, ensuring they are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities Receive customer-specific orders from the pick sheet printer. Navigate the warehouse efficiently to pick orders with high attention to detail. Pack orders in small boxes for UPS or FedEx shipping. Place packed orders on pallets for shipment. Learn and operate a sit-down forklift for loading and unloading trailers. Essential Skills Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift. High attention to detail. Capability to lift up to 50 lbs during shifts. Ability to work independently. Experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, and using RF scanners. Additional Skills & Qualifications Sit-down forklift experience. Previous warehouse experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
