• Job Description
• Join a reputable tier 2 supplier specializing in rubber seals, o-rings, and gaskets. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing products throughout the distribution process, ensuring they are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment.
• Responsibilities
• + Receive customer-specific orders from the pick sheet printer. + Navigate the warehouse efficiently to pick orders with high attention to detail. + Pack orders in small boxes for UPS or FedEx shipping. + Place packed orders on pallets for shipment. + Learn and operate a sit-down forklift for loading and unloading trailers.
• Essential Skills
• + Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift. + High attention to detail. + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs during shifts. + Ability to work independently. + Experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, and using RF scanners.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Sit-down forklift experience. + Previous warehouse experience. + Experience as a shipping clerk.

• Work Environment
• Work the first shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Enjoy a temperature-controlled environment with minimal overtime, having worked only one Saturday since 2013.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, IN.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
