Job Description

Merit Logistics has up to 3 full-time, permanent, Warehouse Associate positions in Greenwood , IN. The position is located inside the Aldi Distribution Warehouse, as a Merit Logistics Employee (3rd Party Logistics).

Starting Pay is $18.50/hr. This includes an average hourly incentive bonus based on productivity performance. Potential to make more via team wide incentive based bonuses. Paid weekly on Friday!

10:00PM~6:00AM (start on time, work til finish every day, early or late)
Qualifications:
Reliably punctual Must have reliable transportation to and from work (location below). Looking for team-orientated , hard-working individuals . A positive attitude is always required. Open to change and can work in a fast-paced environment both as a team and independently. Warehouse experience is required The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Responsibilities:
Unload and process/breakdown warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, sort). Must be able to lift from 5lbs to 50lbs overhead consistently and productively. Must be able to work a full shift in the freezer (~15 degrees Fahrenheit) Keep a clean and safe working environment. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers. Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules ,and regulations. This is a 7-day operation with a 5-day work schedule that the Site Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining.
