This role is responsible for operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload trucks, move materials throughout the warehouse, and support shipping and receiving operations. 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Training Schedule:

Candidates will train on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks

Pay Range:

$20.00- $21.00/hour (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Load and unload products and materials from trucks and trailers.
• Move printed materials and products throughout the warehouse and staging areas.
• Wrap skids and prepare shipments for transport and storage.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory movement operations.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within warehouse and dock areas.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report any equipment issues.
• Follow company safety policies, PPE requirements, and warehouse procedures.
• Work closely with warehouse, shipping, and production teams to meet operational goals.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned by management. Skills & Experience
• Previous sit-down and/or stand-up forklift experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and transport materials.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Willingness to train on 1st shift prior to moving to 3rd shift. Preferred Qualifications
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Previous print shop or manufacturing warehouse experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Work Environment
• Fast-paced warehouse and print production environment.
• Position may require standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the shift.
• Exposure to warehouse equipment, forklifts, shipping materials, and industrial production areas.
• PPE may include safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe footwear.
• Overtime may be required based on production needs.
