Shop & Warehouse Associate — Full Time | Verus Engineering | Indianapolis, IN (West Side)

$18-$28/hr | Full benefits, fully employer-paid | Profit sharing | Paid time off Verus Engineering designs and manufactures aerodynamic components for high-performance and motorsports vehicles. We run fast, we build real things, and we launch ~50 products a year. If you love cars and want to work somewhere where the pace is high and the product is something you'd actually want on your own build, this is the job. No manufacturing experience required. We'll train you. What we can't train is work ethic, pace, and the instinct to figure things out before asking for help. What the job actually looks like: You'll be receiving, inspecting, packaging, and shipping product. You'll run quality checks, build assemblies, operate equipment, manage inventory in our system, and keep the floor clean and organized. Once trained, you'll own your station. We expect you to move with urgency, catch your own errors, and flag problems when you see them. This is a physical job. You'll be on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in a shop environment with varying temperatures. What we're looking for: You move fast and you're accurate. You figure things out before you ask. When you make a mistake, you own it and fix it; you don't explain it. You show up every day ready to work, not to be managed. You don't need to know anything about race cars. You do need to care about doing things right.
