Why This Role Matters Be the link between production and the customer by preparing accurate, on-time shipments. Keep our warehouse humming by flexing across Pick/Pack, Dock, International, and UPS/Fed-EX stations. Protect product integrity through careful staging, counting, labeling, and compliance with standards. Your Core Responsibilities Stage and sort products for trailer load/unload. Pick, pull, and prep orders with strong organization. Backfill as needed across all shipping stations. Maintain a clean and safe workspace. Pull the manual dock chain correctly and safely. Shrink wrap, box, and label materials; move inventory within the warehouse. Use NAV with an RF scanner to process transactions accurately. Operate forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack, RF scanner, computers, and printers. Assemble customer orders from stock; palletize/shelve or send to packing/shipping. Weigh or count items to meet company distribution standards. Conduct cycle counts. Assist with show coordination and sample preparation. Support product and shipment labeling. Complete other tasks/projects assigned by leadership. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent (required); Forklift Certification (preferred). Able to regularly lift/move 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Comfort reading tickets and processing work instructions. Basic MS Office capability (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Safe forklift operation; tolerant of hot and cold environments. Work Conditions Full-time, Monday-Thursday, 40+ hours; occasional evenings/weekends as needed. No travel required. Extended standing; frequent walking, reaching, handling. Occasional sitting, climbing/balancing, stooping/kneeling/crouching/crawling. Frequent lifting/moving of 50+ lbs.; vision: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, focus.
