S_176564 Spherion is hiring for experienced packaging associates for a facility in Lebanon, IN. This is major 24-hour Midwest Distribution Center for any and all camping equipment needs! This facility manages shipping, inventory, receiving, and order picking for the company.
Shift and pay:
A shift: 6am-5:30pm Sunday-Tuesday + every other Wednesday ($18/hr)
B shift: 6am-5:30pm Thursday-Saturday + every other Wednesday ($18/hr)
C shift: 6pm-5:30am Sunday-Tuesday + every other Wednesday ($20/hr)
D shift: 6pm-5:30am Thursday-Saturday + every other Wednesday ($20/hr)
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must have experience in a warehouse environment and possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and move up to 100 lbs with assistance. A willingness to be cross-trained in various equipment types is essential. Applicants must also be physically capable of performing duties that involve standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching for the duration of a full shift.
