Overview:

US Premier Tube Mills (USPTM) is a leading and growing domestic supplier of residential galvanized and powder coated pipe dedicated to quality, on-time delivery, and excellent customer service. USPTM has an immediate opportunity for a General Laborer. The General Laborer is responsible for: Offloading tube from Mill or Powder Coat line tables into bundles Operating banding gun to band bundles together with steel strips

Responsibilities:

Verify quality of the tube as you are bundling to prevent quality issues Continual lifting and pushing throughout shift required 10-50 Lbs (team lifting required for over 50lbs) General facility cleaning when operations slow down Maintain a safe and clean work area Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years' Industrial manufacturing experience or equivalent in related field preferred Basic math and problem-solving skills Knowledge of forming\weld mills a strong plus Ability to help change over machinery to run different products Knowledge of standard manufacturing ops process and procedures preferred Ability to work effectively in team environment Ability to perform repetitive work under limited supervision Ability to work overtime as needed If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and the opportunity to show us your best customer service skills, this is the right place for you!
