Warehouse Associate

Overview Join our team as a shop associate and become a vital growing mailbox company in McCordsville! You will be responsible for ensuring smooth shop functions, from order fulfillment to shipping and receiving. Your attention to detail will help us deliver excellence to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in shop management systems, equipment operation, and logistics processes. Responsibilities Operate pallet jacks, physical unloading of deliveries. Manage and organize stock inventory and eventually order shop supplies and materials. Prepare products for installation i.e., labeling mailboxes and painting cedar posts. Picking up mailboxes at Lowe's and other materials at White's Ace Hardware. Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and documenting discrepancies. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is preferred. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to order fulfillment. Ability to load & unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Experience with shipping & receiving procedures. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively on your own under no supervision!

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
