Position Summary The Material Handler is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and delivery of materials to support manufacturing operations. This role is critical to maintaining inventory integrity, ensuring production flow, and upholding company safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Essential Functions The essential functions listed below are representative of the fundamental job duties of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Receive, verify, and document incoming materials and shipments. Perform accurate material transactions in the company ERP system (Epicor). Store, consolidate, and manage materials using FIFO inventory practices. Deliver materials to production and other work areas in a timely manner. Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment after training. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report safety concerns. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. Support shipping and receiving operations as required. Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize work and respond to changing production needs. High attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills with the ability to learn internal systems. Forklift and/or Bendi experience preferred or willing and able to be trained within 60 days. Ability to work effectively both independently and on a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation. Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds; frequently handle lighter items. Stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift. Perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, and use of hands and arms. Safely operate material handling equipment following training. Work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with exposure to noise, moving equipment, and temperature variations. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Work Environment This role is performed primarily in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
