Warehouse Associate - Picker/Packer/Stocker

The perfect Candidate will perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Essential duties and responsibilities Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs Must have previous experience in a hot/cold environment Work well under pressure with your management Respect Team Members Must be able to stand for a long period of time Follow general safety code policies Sort product into correct bin's Verify label/serial numbers including item descriptions Demonstrate ability to perform ALL job functions with attention to detail and accuracy Candidates will also assist shipping and receiving with unloading trucks and checking in merchandise Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards Open bales, crates and other containers Prepare parcels for mailing or shipping Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times Wear the proper safety equipment and follow all safety processes Qualification requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferred 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred Good communication, organizational, time management, mathematical skills a plus Dependable and Reliable Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required MUST be able to pass a standard background check Physical demands and abilities Regularly required to reach small distances for stock on shelves. Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs. with assistance. Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus quickly.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
