Job Description:
Framework Construction is hiring full-time General Laborers to support our field crews on residential renovation and turn work. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a company that promotes from within based on demonstrated skill and consistency not tenure. The right person will start by supporting skilled tradespeople and, over time, build the competencies to advance into skilled and leadership roles.
Responsibilities:
Prep job sites, stage materials, and keep work areas clean, safe, and organizedAssist skilled tradespeople with renovation, repair, and full unit-turn workPerform basic repairs and punch-list tasks as skill developsLoad, unload, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment between sitesOperate basic hand and power tools safely and correctlyFollow all OSHA standards, project-specific safety plans, and site rulesReport injuries, near-misses, and unsafe conditions the day they occurMaintain consistent attendance and a steady production pace
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and a strong, consistent work ethicWillingness to learn, take direction, and grow into more responsibilityAbility to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and remain on your feet throughout the workdayComfortable working in varying conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise)Must be able to pass a background checkNo prior experience required
