7:00 AM - 3:30 PMAbout the RoleStart your day with steady, hands-on work and a paycheck you can count on. BESTAFF is hiring Loaders for a busy paint production line in Plainfield, IN. You'll load product onto racks so it can move into the paint booth — it's active, team-based work with daytime hours and a real path to permanent placement.

What You'll Do Load product onto racks in the correct position and orientation for painting. Move parts and racks through the production line at a steady, safe pace. Inspect product for defects or damage before loading. Follow setup instructions and adjust racking as product changes. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe; follow all PPE requirements. Communicate with paint and production team members to keep the line moving. What You Bring A strong work ethic and reliable attendance — your team counts on you. Comfort working on your feet for the full shift in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout the day. Attention to detail and willingness to learn racking patterns and procedures. Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus — not required.
