We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Laborers in our cast iron foundry. No prior experience is required—we will train anyone with a strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time.

Shift & Schedule Hours:

4:00 AM - 2:30

PM Days:

Monday - Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend most weeks!)

Overtime:

Occasional Friday shifts may be required based on production needs.

The Role:

What You'll Do As a General Laborer, you are the backbone of our production process. You will be cross-trained in various tasks, which may include:

Finishing:

Grinding and cutting iron castings to meet quality standards.

Material Handling:

Moving heavy items and operating a forklift (we will train).

Production Support:

Making cores for molds and using hand tools or shovels for sand management and cleanup.

Safety First:

Maintaining a clean workspace and following all foundry safety protocols.
