$14.00- $18.54 per hour (based on location/job placement) 1st and 2nd shifts available Summary DXE is seeking entry level candidates that are interested in production positions or material handling positions. The ideal candidate must possess great attendance and work ethic. No experience is required, on the job training will be received. There are several openings/options for these positions. Apply to discuss which position and shift hours would be a great fit for you! These are Temp to Hire positions in production with possible conversion within the first 45 - 90 days with good attendance and performance. You would then receive a raise and be able to obtain benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO. This job is Monday-Friday with the occasional production Saturday. Responsibilities of an Assembly/Production Worker/Material Handler Ability to speak, read, and write English required Basic math skills required Assemble goods on production lines that move at a set pace Monitor the production process for quality Ability to stand, walk, squat, stoop for 8-12hour shifts Rapid and repetitive machine paced activities Ability to follow written work instructions. Maintain work areas and equipment Ability to use hand tools, hand or foot operated equipment, pallet jacks Must be able to record/track flow information of material and products Must be able to lift/move containers ranging from 10-50 pounds Deliver parts to departments, line side or storage Other duties as assigned.
