Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker and become an essential part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and organize stock throughout the warehouse. Assist with shipping and receiving processes by accurately loading, unloading, and inspecting goods. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picker tools to ensure timely delivery. Stock shelves efficiently by replenishing inventory using proper packaging techniques for e-commerce and retail distribution. Utilize basic math skills to verify quantities, calculate weights, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly storing items on pallets or racks according to safety standards. Support inventory control activities such as cycle counts and stock audits using AS400 or MRP systems to track stock levels precisely. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and order picking processes is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload trucks safely. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, packaging standards, and order fulfillment techniques. Basic math proficiency for inventory calculations and order accuracy verification. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
