We're looking for a Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations and local deliveries in the industrial and construction supply business. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants steady weekday hours, active work, and the chance to grow practical skills in warehouse operations, logistics, and customer service. What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, stage, and move materials accurately and efficiently
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and general warehouse organization
- Load and unload materials safely
- Make local deliveries as part of the role using company vehicles, following safe driving practices
- Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for daily operations
- Use basic technology such as email, handheld devices, or simple tracking systems as needed
- Work independently on assigned tasks while also supporting the team when priorities shift What We're Looking For
- Reliable attendance and the ability to arrive on time and ready to work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical, and sometimes repetitive environment
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Local delivery experience is helpful, but not required for the right candidate
- Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a plus
- Basic computer comfort, including email, handheld devices, or Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, a good work ethic, and a team-first attitude Schedule & Work Environment This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional weekends as needed.
Compensation Pay:
$18.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience. Compensation will reflect relevant warehouse and delivery experience, reliability, and overall fit for the role. Perks & Time Off- Full-time salaried team members receive 10 vacation days and 3 sick days
