Job Description

Leaders Staffing LLC is looking for individuals with material handling experience in a warehouse setting.
Shift Hours:
Must be able to complete training hours for 2nd shift 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Saturday 3:00pm-11:30pm
Training Hours:
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm (2-4 weeks) Overtime & Saturdays are mandatory Job duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned: Unload, check in, receive and put away product Pick and pack product for shipment to customers Perform cycle counting and stock verification Storing, cutting, packing and loading for shipment-cable Reading orders and/or Inventory Marking and labeling Operation of pallet jacks, fork trucks, lift trucks, reach trucks, order pickers, automated conveyers, cable cutting machines, nail guns, tape measure machines, etc. Requirements and/or
Experience:
National Background Check High School Graduate High Proficiency in Microsoft Office High Organizational Skills Detail-Oriented Problem-Solving Skills Flexible; adapts well to change and shifting priorities Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis Summary As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a vital part of our distribution center operations, utilizing your core skills in packaging, order picking, and warehouse experience to ensure efficient shipping and receiving processes. With relevant skills in stocking, quality control, and heavy lifting, you will contribute to the smooth flow of inventory and uphold high standards of safety and efficiency.
