Material Handler-1st Shift

Responsibilities:

Identify and select the correct materials for production Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and work orders Load, unload, and move materials and parts throughout the production process Accurately use measuring tools to ensure product quality Safely operate Sit-down forklifts and 5-, 10-, and 15-ton overhead cranes Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Basic computer navigation skills Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a consistent basis Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Willingness to work overtime as needed Must wear steel toe shoes

Experience:

Previous experience with overhead cranes Precious experience with sit-down forklift preferred At least 6 months of manufacturing or related experience #Crawfordsville
