Job Description

Material Handler / Customer Service Representative Penmac Staffing is hiring a dependable Material Handler / Customer Service Representative for a full‑time, opportunity in a warehouse environment. This role combines hands‑on material handling with customer communication and order coordination and is ideal for candidates who want long‑term stability and growth.
Pay and Schedule Starting pay:
$17.00 per hour Full‑time position Monday through
Friday Shift:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Overtime as required Requirements for the Material Handler / Customer Service Representative Previous lift truck or heavy equipment experience required Experience using RF guns or tablets for receiving, put‑away, and picking required Strong math and reading skills Comfortable using computers, WMS systems, and email Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Attention to detail, positive attitude, and reliable attendance Commitment to safety and continuous improvement Material Handler / Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Load and unload product from trucks Accurately pick, stage, and put away materials Identify and report damaged or incorrect product Maintain accurate inventory records Use warehouse systems to manage orders and documentation Communicate with customers regarding order status, pickups, and issues Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity, with potential to be hired by the client based on performance and business needs.
