O'Neil Distributing Warehouse Employee Dodge City, KS Full-Time $15-$18/hr based on experience Overtime Eligible About the Role O'Neil Distributing is looking for a dependable, energetic, hard-working Warehouse Employee to join our team in Dodge City, KS. This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range and a full benefits package. You will be working in a modern, largely automated warehouse environment—operating alongside robotics technology—and will be expected to bring a positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong work ethic every day. What You'll Do Receive incoming product shipments and verify accuracy Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently Repack products as needed to meet order requirements Load outbound trucks safely and in a timely manner Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (experience preferred) Work alongside automated systems and robotics in a modern warehouse environment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Contribute to team goals—including putting in the hours needed to get the job done. Overtime is included.
