Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our distribution center. You will be responsible for various tasks that ensure the smooth flow of goods from the warehouse to our customers. If you are detail-oriented, physically capable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Duties Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required to load and unload products. Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to move materials within the warehouse. Build pallets and prepare shipments for distribution. Engage in picking and packing orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred but not required. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Experience operating RF scanners, forklifts, or reach trucks is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order picking and packing tasks. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
