Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, organization, and preparing for upcoming seasons. This position requires efficiency, self motivation, responsibility, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Duties Assist in maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and labeling. Support the loading and unloading of shipments as needed. Follow all company policies regarding safety, quality control, and equipment operation. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock handling. Ability to items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times. More Details Pay Starting at $12.50/ hour with potential to increase after 90 days of employment. Guaranteed 40 hours of work per week Will receive overtime hours during 4th of July Season. (Aprox $3,000 in OT pay through calendar year. Seasonal Bonus after July 4th Season.
